What happened

According to ICT, citing Tibetan sources, Yeshi Kandro, a nun in her forties, set fire to herself in Kardze (Ch: Ganzi) on 8 April 2015. The same sources said that she called for the long life of the Dalai Lama, for him to be invited back to Tibet and for freedom for Tibet.
