What happened

According to ICT, Sangdag Tsering, a young father, set fire to himself at around 7 pm on 17 November 2012 outside a government building in Dokarmo township, Tsekhog (Ch: Zeku) County, and died. A Tibetan in exile told ICT that he often spoke of the Dalai Lama not being allowed in Tibet, of Tibetans having no rights, and of the Panchen Lama still being held.
