What happened

According to Tibetan sources cited by ICT, Phagmo Samdup, a father of two in his late twenties, set fire to himself at about 9:30 p.m. on 5 February 2014 in Dokarmo town, Tsekhog. Chinese security forces on patrol put out the flames and took him to Tsekhog county town.
