What happened

According to Tibetan exile sources and Radio Free Asia’s Tibetan service, cited by ICT, Drugpa Khar set fire to himself in Amchok town on 13 February 2013, the third day of the Tibetan New Year (Losar), and died. ICT said he was the father of three young children and was born in Tsoe (Ch: Hezuo), Kanlho.
