What happened

According to ICT, citing Kirti monks in exile Kanyag Tsering and Lobsang Yeshe, Dorbe, a 23-year-old man from the pastoral Choejema (Ch: Qiujima) township, set fire to himself in Ngaba (Ch: Aba) on 4 November 2018, calling for the Dalai Lama's long life, and died.
