What happened

According to ICT, Tenzin and Tsepo, two Tibetans in their twenties from Bankar Monastery and Bankar village in Driru (Ch: Biru), set fire to themselves together near a government building in Nagchu on 25 October 2012. Some Tibetan sources reported that the two were cousins.
