What happened

According to ICT, Tenzin Choeying, a Tibetan student, set fire to himself around 9 am at the entrance of a residential hall of the Central University for Tibetan Studies in Varanasi, India, calling out "Victory for Tibet". He initially survived but died of his injuries on 22 July 2017.
