What happened

According to ICT, 18-year-old Sonam Dhargye set fire to himself at about 9:30 p.m. on 19 February 2013 together with 17-year-old Rinchen, in protest against the Chinese government, in the Dzoege area of Ngaba. ICT said both young men had gone to primary school in Kyangtsa township.
