What happened

Phayul reported, as cited by ICT, that 18-year-old Khabum Gyal set fire to himself near the town of Rebkong (Ch: Tongren) on the morning of 15 November 2012 and died. Local people and monks of nearby Gartse Monastery took him to the monastery for prayers and cremation.
