What happened

According to ICT, the popular Tibetan singer Tsewang Norbu carried out a self-immolation protest on 25 February 2022 at the Barpokaling Stupa in front of the Potala Palace in Lhasa. Reliable sources told ICT that he died in the People's Hospital of the so-called Tibet Autonomous Region in Lhasa in early March 2022.
