What happened

According to Tibetan exile sources cited by ICT, a man in his twenties named as Tsering Phuntsok, also known as Drupchak, carried out a self-immolation protest in Drachen village, Marthang county, on 18 January 2013 and died at the scene. ICT noted that he left a wife and two children.
