What happened

Phayul reported, as cited by ICT, that 18-year-old Kunchok Tsering set fire to himself and died on 26 November 2012 near a mining site in the Amchok area of Labrang, Sangchu (Ch: Xiahe) County. It was the same place where Tsering Dundrup had set fire to himself six days earlier. He was a young married man.
