What happened

Voice of America Tibetan reported, as cited by ICT, that 29-year-old Kunchok Kyab carried out a self-immolation protest in Ngaba (Ch: Aba) on 30 November 2012 and was taken away by Chinese security forces. ICT lists him as presumed to have died.

Aftermath

According to VOA, cited by ICT, several Tibetans who went to the security forces to demand his return went missing and were presumed detained.
