What happened

According to ICT, Dolkar Tso, a mother in her mid-twenties from a farming family, set fire to herself near a white stupa at Tsoe Gaden Choeling Monastery on 7 August 2012 and died. Tibetan sources in exile from her area said she called for the Dalai Lama’s return to Tibet and said there was no freedom in Tibet.
